DeModa is a brand, offering you a new class of certified freelance hair & beauty, or at the salon, in Redruth, and across Cornwall.

We are bridal hair and makeup specialists, and we are hair colour and cutting specialists.

Human Remy Hair Extensions experts. We also offer private training in short courses for hair, makeup, hair extensions and beauty.

Our salon is the most certified organic hair & beauty salon in Cornwall , our products are mostly Vegan Free, resorcinol free, PPD free, ammonia free, and sulphate free. They are leaping bunny, COSMOS, Green-e, EcoCert, Vegan, Cruelty Free and more.

Being mindful of your health and wellbeing has launched us into our mission to be as certified organic as possible, and as sustainable as we can be. This is the beginning of a new journey and you and I will learn more along the way.

We are the first Certified USDA Organic Hair & Beauty Salon in Cornwall.

We offer organic hair and skin care that not only works, it is good for you on the inside and out. The hair and skin care is vegan free, USDA certified, soil association certified, paragon free, resorcinol free, PPD free*, ammonia free.

Why choose products and skin care that contains known irritants or carcinogens? You can have amazing hair and skin care, with the added health benefits.

We are situated in a village location, with FREE PARKING. So no walking through town after having relaxing treatments, you can pop straight to the car and head off without being seen!

We have a very relaxing and welcoming environment with a great selection of music different to what the usual salon will play. It is sure to make your experience a good one!

It means we are free from the dangerous chemicals used in the cosmetic industry, therefore we can be sure you the consumer are safe, and us, as professionals, remain in good health when using them.

Martine Rodda is the professional behind the name. She is currently one of 8 members of the winning Incredibles 2016 art team, part of the National Hairdressers Federation.

Her accomplishments range from winning some very prestigious hairdressing competitions to writing features weekly in beauty blogs around the globe and being published in hairdressing magazines.

She won the Hairdressers Journal Online competition in line with Natulique which was when she first discovered organic hair colours that give amazing results.

In 2014, Martine was nominated for Best Bridal Hairstylist of the Year with Cornish Brides Magazine. She has been featured in International press and nationwide magazines with her work and still thrives to be the best she can be, which requires on-going training. Martine believes this to be the core of every great hairdresser.

Martine has been running businesses for others and herself, alongside helping to train staff and students for over 20 years. She has worked in the UK and Saudi Arabia where she was part franchisee and manager/artistic director for the very first Toni&Guy in Jeddah, KSA.

Her experiences have given her wider vision and greater all round knowledge and skill.
